Hi,

Per QuickSpecs https://h20195.www2.hpe.com/v2/GetPDF.aspx/c04447843.pdf this server supports "AMD FirePro W7100 Accelerator".

Please compare both the card specs, FirePro W7100 needs (Board Width: Single Slot, TDP: 150W) where as GeForce GTX 1050 Ti needs (2 SLOT, Recommended System Power(W) 300 W).
