HPE ProLiant DL360 G7 Server - Hdd upgradation

Hi ,

we have DL360 G7 server with three drive  Raid 5. please suggest can we create new 5 raid for new drives with out any loss of existing data.

Hi,

By adding the same model hard drive, you can expand the present raid 5.

If you are going to transfer the data to the new raid 5.You should do a full backup and then restore it.
