With regards the M.2 supportability Yes it is compatibile and the supported option part number are listed in the Ml110 Gen server Quickspecs.
To install M.2 it requires additional universal enablement card kit (878783-B21) and use S100i SATA controllernonly.

Can i use also Samsung 970 EVO 2 TB SSD in  ML110 Gen10?

Probably not. Aside from it not being a supported HPE option, the ML110 only supports SATA on m.2, not NVME like the 970 EVO, so the system isn't designed to enumerate those drives.

I bought a ml 110 gen 10 ref : P03685-425
i bought also this ssd m2. : HPE 240GB SATA 6G Mixed Use M.2 2280 3yr Wty Digitally Signed Firmware SS ref : 875488-B21

After i saw that i cannot plug the ssd directly to the motherboard, i bougth the  HPE Kit universel SATA HHHL 3 ans HP m2

ref : 878783-B21

it seems that when i try to install windows 2019 server the ssd disk is not detected. 
How can i fix this problem ???
