The latest system ROM BIOS firmware is available on below link and you can download latest BIOS firmware without any login credentilas.

However if you are very specific to System ROM BIOS firmware version 2015.07.01 (A)(11 Nov 2015) then you can download with you HPE passport login credential. 

If you doesn’t have HPE passport login credential, then use the below link to create HPE passport login credential

Already I updated the latest version same your links but I want Enable Dynamic Raid HP smart array option (as picture below) that latest updated doesn’t have it.

I doubt. All versions have this.

Since the file I posted earlier is *critical update*, you should be able to use it.

The difference between the last couple of BIOS updates are Intel microcode updates only - the BIOS itself is the same.
