ILO 5 Alert problem with sender mail adress
@Hi, here is my problem: I'm using ILO5 Firmware 1.10 and I'm trying since ours to configure alert mail with my Exchange. ILO 5 is sending the alert mail, but my exchange could not accept ist, because the sender-mailadress (generated by the ILO) is in a wrong format like testman.@abc.de. I got that information from the log-file of my exchange-server. There's no way to delete the "." in front of the @. I tried different host-names an sender domains, but it's still the same problem.
Thanks for your help!

Re: ILO 5 Alert problem with sender mail adress
Hi,
you can solve the problem disabling the check box: Use DHCPv6 Supplied Domain Name and inserting the domain name in: iLO Dedicated Network Port - Network General Settings. The sender email address is composed by HOSTNAME.DOMAINNAME@YOURDOMAIN
