iLO 5 how to run manual self-test / diagnostic

My monitoring tool keep showing my Proliant D380 Gen10 has problem about the Memory.

But there's no error show in the iLO 5 console. I want to manual run a diagnostic test. How can I do that?

Is ILO up to date?

What is the exact message?

If you reboot ILO, it will perform a selftest.
