iLO 5 lost password

Hi,

I have an ML30 Gen 10, I've lost the iLO password.

I can reset to factory defaults via the configuration utility, I assume this won't affect the RAID array settings but I just wanted to double check.

Boot the server, press F9.

Go into the ILO configuration utility and set a new password.

Thank you Torsten but i didn't notice that option. Of course I could easily have missed it, particularly as I was in a hurry.

I'm not able to access the server for a few weeks. Is it definitely still there in version 5 ?

definitel.

 

It is no longer F8 during boot, but it is in the UEFI menu (press F9 during boot).

 

From the System Utilities screen, click System Configuration, and then click iLO 5 Configuration Utility.

i have problem with reseting my password.

when i select iLO 5 Configuration Utility , next page needs my User name and Password.(its not defult Username and Password or any password i remember ). how can i change it ?
