Inaccessible boot device after power interruption

My Proliant ML110 G3 Server has recently crashed, a blue screen appeared with an error "Inaccessible_boot_device, I had run a diagnose using the HP Diagnostic CD and the Hard disk 1 Storage Controller3 failed the test. everytime the server starts the windows would just stop on the loading stage and the blue screen appears. I suspect a failure on the motherboards PCI slot, can anyone please advise me how to repair/re-install my system without rebuilding the raid array?

Re: Inaccessible boot device after power interruption

A power outage means the system didn't flush it's disk cache cleanly.

I would recommend booting to the recovery console, and running a chkdsk. It regularly resolves the "inaccessible boot device" issue, which often refers to the file system being too corrupted for a system file to load.
