Insight Diagnostics error , no diagnose button
Hi,
when i try to use hp insight diagnostics online edition (last version) , on this HP DL 380 G6 , the web page opens , is tshow some buttons ( Survey, Status, Log, Admin, Help ) , but does not show Dignose Button, which is the one i want, so I can test Disk issues, like eminent faillure, etc.
some errors show on event viewer, source: sidebyside event ID 78 , with text like this one
"Activation context generation failed for "C:\hp\hpdiags\vmlhw_dl.dll".Error in manifest or policy file "" on line . A component version required by the application conflicts with another component version already active. Conflicting components are:. there is another server , on the same LAN , and it runs insight diagnostics with no problems, but on this one , i can't.
operating system is Windows 2008 64 bits on both servers.
i have allready copied hpdiags from the other server to this one but ... same result.
is there anything i can do to solve this?
