Install Destination only Array A

Hi. I am facing a problem with a DL380G9 and I have created to arrays within provisioning setup: 

Array A : 5 x 600 GB (Raid 5) made yesterday

Array B : 2 x 300 GB (Raid 1) made today

I am a new technician.... When I choose the provisioning setup now to install server 2012, the provisioning setup let me only choose Array A to install the OS. The problem is, that I want to install the OS on Array B. Is there anything ) am doing wrong?
