INstalling vmware server 3 and 3.5 on BL25P

Hi I am trying to install vmwares server version 3 and 3.5 on a Blade server BL25P part number 374798-b21.

Installation start in right way but it stop at the followin screen.

Welcome to ESX server 3

Press F12 to continue

Nothing happen , I have this screen for two hour and nothing happen , have pressed F12 for long time and nothing some idea about this issue.

Are u using a text mode to install it ?
Have you tried using GUI ?
R u using ilo to install it ?

I have try in text mode
I have try in GUI mode
I have try using the ilo mode

all same result.

Also I have try to install red hat version 4u4
and happen the same.

Thats Strange; F12 ???
Once booted from CD it needs a keyboard selection for GUI ; then its all "next" button. where does it need F12 for ?

Does it have the latest BIOS ?

What version of iLO firmware do you have on the BL25p?
