intelligent provisioning is not available ......When I select it, it's not active ?

You should be able to re-install Intelligent Provisioning:

You can write the Intelligent Provisioning firmware to a USB flash drive using the HPE USB Key Utility and then boot from the USB.

I was planning to ask this same question. It's a ways down on my list of issues to address but seeing this message made it bubble up.

I don't get any errors like @Masoud3258 but when I press F10 literally nothing happens. My ML350p G8 just boots normally.
