manual configuration of NIC on ML30..anyone who knows how to config i cannot access to internet

It would had been more helpful if you could have described the issue in more details on what is the Hardware and Operting system , and if the network card is detected in operating system or not, etc..

Based on the limited info I guess you are refering to Ml30 Gen9 server.

According to server Quickspecs for Ml30 Gen9 ,there are 2 embeded nic ports on this server.

NIC1/shared iLO port (lower), NIC2 (upper)
HPE Ethernet 1Gb 2-port NC332i adapter

From hardware prespective based on the operating system download the driver for NC332i adapter so that the nic ports are detected in OS and follow the OS configuration guide on how to configure the network card.
For example if you want to use windows operating system then download the driver from below link
