Memoria Ram en Proliant Dl180 Gen10

Hola a todos, soy nuevo así que no sé si estoy publicando esto correctamente. Tengo una duda, tengo un servidor Proliant Dl180Gen10 el cual vino con dos memorias RAM de 16gb 2933mhz, le han instalado una memoria más de 32gb de 2933mhz pero a esta última a la hora de visualizarla la muestra como si fuera de 2400Mhz. Probé con varias obteniendo el mismo resultado. Es motivo de incompatibilidad con memorias de 32gb o que puede ser? gracias!
