MIB / OID for Proliant ML350 gen 9
hi,
I'm looking for the correct MIB file and OID's to monitor the hard drives, the power supply etc.
Where can I find the correct file for this server? I have downloaded the MIB package, but there are many mib files in there.
What is a good tool to read MIB files?
Can you read MIB files on the server itself?
thanks!

Re: MIB / OID for Proliant ML350 gen 9
Hi
Please refer Compiling and customizing SNMP MIBs with HPE SIM document (Page number 15 to 18) to get information about MIB's.

To Monitor hard drives, power supply etc.. you can use below two MIB's.
cpqstsys.mib HP Proliant Storage
cpqhlth.mib HP Proliant System and Environmental

Thanks!
What tool is best used to read the MIBs?
How can I know what the right OID values are for monitoring the hard disks?

You can use HP SIM to read MIB.
