ml 115 g5 seems dead after failed bios flash

hi, my server switched it's self off part way through an online firmware update,the fans start out flat out and stay that way there is no vga output and does not boot,i have tried re-setting the bios on the jumper and cmos button,i think the motherboard is dead, any help would be a result,regards.
