ML 350 G6 does not power on
Hi,
Monday morning we found our server ML 350 G6 down,
The power supply seems to be working, because it was tested on another server and it started ok
When we plug the power supply two things happens,
the power supply fan works OK,
and the UID led blue light on the rear panel turn on a fraction of second and then turn off again, and that's all , the server is down, no led status, no fan spinning, nothing else
The server is connected to an Online UPS together with others servers , we don't see any problem with the other servers or the online UPS
What can I do to be sure that the system board should be replaced ?,
Kind Regards
Lazaro

Re: ML 350 G6 does not power on
Hi,
Start with the basics.
Remove any additional hardware that are not required for POST, like pci cards, additional RAM/Processor.
Disconnect any external storage, tapes, usb etc.
Refer to this doc: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=c01704616&docLocale=en_US
Thank You!
I am a HP employee
