Hi Ref_Eric,
Did you see the message indicates that a maintenance switch has been turned on and the unit has been reset after switch S6 to on? If you have a high probability of a physical problem. If we go back before encountering this issue were you doing BIOS update?

Yes, did the bios reset with the no.6 switch. Screen show it been reset but still not able to use USB Keyboard.
I setup the ILO3 access, even thought i managed to boot into the BIOS thru ILO boot option but i still can't use keyboard when i am in the BIOS. Reset couple of times still the same not able to use keyboard.
Firmware was updated few months ago before i setup windows 10 so dont think is due to firmware but not sure.
