ML150 G2 - High CPU utilization

I have two HP Proliant ML150 G2 servers, one is the SBS 2003 server and the other a 2003 Terminal Server. Both are showing an average 50% CPU load at all times with nothing running on the terminal server. Is there a patch for this I remember reading something about it ages ago

Update the Firmware on that server to the latest revision, also check which process is causing this issue.
