ML350e G8 - want to add second drive cage

Hi there,  

Currently have the standard onboard b120i / + 4LFF cage.  If i want to add a second drive cage - do i just need the cage and P420i - or is there more to it than that?

I understand that the server model is HP ProLiant ML350e Generation 8 (Gen8) and not HP ProLiant ML350e Generation 8 (Gen8) v2.

HP 5U 6 Large Form Factor (LFF) Hot Plug Drive Cage Kit 659485-B21

NOTE: This kit is for additional hot-plug LFF hard disk drives to a hot-plug LFF system. 1 or 2 additional cages can be added to bring the total drive count to 12 or 18, respectively. A Smart Array Controller is required for each additional drive cage
and must be purchased as well.

NOTE: To install a six-bay, LFF hot-plug drive cage in a server, a Smart array controller option and redundant power supply option is required.
