ML350p G8 - Fans Running 100% almost all the time

So i have 2 x ML350p G8's - 1 of them has started to run ALL Fan's at full rate very very frequently (like running constantly with only a break of approx 4/5 mins, the slow down break is only approx 1min)

I am a complete newbie when it comes to stuff like and this and these servers so dont even know anything about iLO - so any help would be much appriciated.

I'm not even sure where or how to check logs

Hi,

Fans run fast when there is load on the CPU/Hard Disks.  To reduce the fan noise you may try updating the Server BIOS and iLO firmwares which are available here.
