My server detect one disk how "MISSING", why ?

My server have raid 1 but one disk is detected how "missing", already to realized the change the disk but don't rebuild

What server model are you working with?
What disk controller is in the server?
What type of drives are attached to the controller?

If possible, attach a copy of the array diagnostics report
