Re: New hard disk in proliant dl380 g4 server
Hi,
Before doing this activities you need to take complete backup ,
There is 2 ways to configure it as you want.
1. The ORCA. Hit F8 when prompted.
2. Select Create array.
3. Select Both hard drives.
4. Select RAID 1+0
5. press Enter to save the raid level
Or You can use ACU, from the Smart Start CD.
1. Boot from the smart start CD.
2. Select the Maintenance Tab
3. Start the ACU.
4.select the hdd in left land side
5. Create a RAID 1+0
6. Continue Installation from Smart Start.
7.Save and exit
