New Hdd not showing on desktop after create array

I have a dl380 server running windows 2012r2 on a 146gb SAS hdd, i need more storage so I added 2tb sas hdd. Trying to view the disk on desktop after configuring the raid on intelligence provision I can’t see it , I have tried to allocate the drive from disk management but I can’t find it and I don’t want to format my os.

Please I need an urgent help

What generation of dL380 have you been using?

Did you replace the existing 146gb SAS hdds with the 2tb sas HDDs ((one by one to complete rebuild)) or did you create a separate/new RAID with the 2TB drives?

What is the storage controller installed on the server?

Also please do share more details on the total number of drives installed and the RAID level that you have configured.
