NIC 0 & NIC 1 disconnected

hi...
Fyi, We found a connection NIC 0 and NIC 1 has been disconnected at our proliant server. please see attachment file.
Is it the problem related with the HP teaming utility software? They have new patch for the HP teaming utility?

What changed since they stopped working? I have seen a teaming/network patch change cause this? Did you change any drivers or pickup an drivers from Windows update? You might need to go back a few patches to get teaming to function?

Did you try the two NICs outside of teaming to verify they function. Test each one separate without teaming.
