No controllers detected. HP Smart Storage Administrator

Hi,

I have installed HP Smart Storage Administrator on my HP DL380 Gen10 server on windows 2012 R2 Server  but am getting error: No controllers detected.

if i reeboted the server and strated the HP built config it is detecting everything, my issue is from
windows only

Hello @Yaso80 ,

Please check and let me know what is the controller model that you are expecting on the HPE SSA. 

How many controllers are installed in total and how many are detected in HPE SSA.

Also let me know the location on which the Windows is installed (whether the drive/array comes under the same controller referred above).
