No RSS available under HP DL380 G6 and NC 382i

My test server is a HP DL380 G6, which according the docs and drivers supports RSS (Receive Side Scaling).  However, using Powershell under Win Server 2012 R2, the RSS option shows "False" under RSS capable.  The latest Driver is installed.  I have ensured the RSS is enabled under advance settings.

I ran a forum search here, and although the new forum format here is very difficult and arduous to search, came up empty.

How do I enable RSS on the NC 382i network adapters under Win 2012 R2?

Is there a list of HP Servers and components that are verified to provide working SMB 3.0 features like RSS under Windows Server 2012 r2?    If not, should this be considered a bug?
