OEM Installation of Windows 2012 R2 - "Virtual NIC" in device manager - which driver n

Hi!

I am creating an OEM Install of Windows Server 2012 R2 for Proliant DL380 G10 servers.

After installation there is a "Virtual NIC" device shown in device manager as a device without approriate driver.

I did not find a driver for this device. It is a plain DL380 G10 without additional hardware.

PN: P06420-B21

Thanks for your support.

Hi Chris,

Please try installing the ILO CHIF Driver and reboot the windows,

And share the observations.

Hi ksram! Thanks for your suggestion, but this did not provide a solution to the problem. I installed the updated *Windows 2012R2* Version of the iLO Interface Channel Driver as you suggested. But unfortunately the system still shows the Virtual NIC without driver. Please see the instance path of the virtual NIC from device manager. USB\VID_03F0&PIC_2927\6&2177FBB3&0&4
