Hi,
Not sure which Generation of ML350 you are having problem with, but if PPM2 led is amber/red it means that PPM2 is faulty or is missing.
If the server has two processors, remove the processor 2 and PPM2, and test the server.

We have a server with one processor
In the slot ppm have not installed the module ppm

Hi,
There is no second processor or PPM2 but still PPM2 and health led is lit.
It some times occurs due to power supply issues.
If possible swap the power supply from a similar server and check.
I guess the power supply spare part would be 403781-001 and this is used in ML350 G5 / DL380 G5 / DL385 G2 / ML370 G5.
