Prolhant 380DL G5 stuck in grub> prompt

Hi, I have a Proliant 380DL G5 installed for an IVR application that refuses to boot up after a disastrous power failure. Not only did the power fail and restore automatically, this cycle repeated several times. I am very new to HP hardware. Can some one please suggest possible steps to take to restore the server? Many Thanks
