ProLiant DL360e Gen8 -Rebot frequently

One of our ProLiant DL360e Gen8 -Rebot frequently.

We are not able to find the root cause.

HP recomended to upgrade firmware for System ROM Bootblock & System ROM Bootblock.

Redhat also confirmed there is no OS related issue.

What is shown in the server IML and iLO logs?
