Proliant DL380 G6 it reboots every 8 - 10 minutes with Overtemp amberlight error

Thank you for your time. I have a similar case with proliant DL380 G6 it reboots every 8 - 10 minutes with Overtemp amberlight error.  Is there Any way around this. Thanks for your anticipated response
