Trying to set up a raid 5 on gen 11 with mr216-o. When I go in to setup the raid, raid 5 is not available. I have 14 NVMe, SSD, 1.6TB drives but only raid 1, 0, or 10 are available.
Solved! Go to Solution.

SolutionThat is correct, the MR216i-o only support 0,1,10.
See: https://www.hpe.com/psnow/doc/a50004311enw
Be aware, that MR Controller without Cache do only support Raid 0,1,10..
This is different from the SR controller, which many customers have known for years.
Some people have already stumbled across it.
