when this server turned on 

come hp bios screen and UnexpectedLy TURNED OFF

THIS SERVER BOARD NOT UPDATED TO HIGHER BIOS VERSION ITS ORGINAL

Try the minimum configuration, read this article and this article.

Remove any additional hardware and external connections that are NOT necessary for a server to boot.
