Proliant ML350 G5 server keeps restarting randomly
Our Proliant ML350 G5 server keeps restarting randomly.
Here is the Integrated Management Log entries from HP Diagnostics Tool:

We already tried out series of suggestions from web and HP Forum pages
(Boot time RAM Test, disk test, NW, RAID check, windows updates, etc.)
Any suggestions what’s goin’ on with our server ?

Re: Proliant ML350 G5 server keeps restarting randomly
Hello,
What is the Operating System version on this server?
Is there any Event ID generated at the time of crash?
Is there any Antivirus software installed on this server?
Thank You!
I am a HP employee.

Re: Proliant ML350 G5 server keeps restarting randomly
Greetings!
Please try the below steps and see if it helps:
In Server BIOS set:
- Advance Power option -> change to = HP Static High Performance Mode.
- Minimum Processor Idle Power State -> No C-state
Please try this and let us know if the error re-occurs or not.
I hope you find the above information helpful.
Regards,
Renji V
