Proliant USB 3.0 Driver BSOD

We are trying to install a Vantec UGT-PCE430-4C 4 port USB 3.0 card in a DL385p Gen8 Windows 2008 r2 server and get Blue Screen when the driver is installed. We have tried the manufacturer's driver and cp019317 (Renesas drivers). The card works in a desktop with Windows 2008 r2 installed so it looks like a Proiliant problem. Suggestions?

Has anyone succesfully installed a USB 3.0 card in a DL385 or 585 server? What brand of card did you use?
