RAID 1+0 drive replacement question?

Hello folks,

I started at a new company that has a DL380 G7 with 1 bad hard drive.

It is a four disk RAID 1+0 logical volume with three 600GB and one 900GB drives.

The 900GB is acting as a 600GB and is the bad drive blinking orange and reporting fault in ILO.

Question to confirm:  Could I just order a 600GB replacement to match the others and hot swap the bad 900GB?

Thanks,

Yes, you need a 600GB or larger drive to replace the failed one.
