rebuild mirror sata raid ML310 Proliant
How can I rebuild the mirror in a proliant ml310 server. A couple of days back the primary disk crashed but the system kept running on the secondary disk in the onboard sata raid.
After placing the new disk the server won´t startup because the mirror is not yet rebuild.
I went through the steps in the raid firmware but for unknown reason the new disk is not added to the raidset.
Also I know it´s a really old system and should be replaced but my client is happy with the system as it is and sees no need to replace just yet.
I am looking for a solution so the new primary disk is active again and the mirror is being rebuild.

Re: rebuild mirror sata raid ML310 Proliant
ML310 - what generation?
Depending on the array controller in use you probably need to reboot and select an option during boot.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
