Re: red screen
Hello,
In addition to the above, you may also refer to section "Uncorrectable machine check exception" in the Troubleshooting Guide for HPE ProLiant Gen11 servers and see if it helps.

Re: red screen
Hello,
If there are any third party devices, then uninstall them and check if the issue is resolved.
Clear the server's NVRAM and check if the server completes POST successfully. Also, before clearing NVRAM, please remove any third party components in the server.
- To do so, remove the power cables from the power supplies.
- Remove the access panel. The System maintenance switch's location is printed on the inside of the access panel to help in identifying it.
- Once identified, set position of switch 'S6' from its default position of "Off" to "On".
- Replace the access panel and then connect the power cables to the power supplies.
- Power on the server. When a message indicates that one of these switches is in "On" position and it needs to be reverted, then power off the server and remove the power cables and then reverse the switch 'S6' to its default position "Off", replace the access panel, connect the power cables to the power supplies and then power on the server.

Re: red screen
Hello,
just read your message and got the same Error.
After applying SPP 2023-10 to the Server, the Server reboots and hangs in this Red loop.
Interesting, the iLO is still ongoing to Update all other Firmware.
We open a Support Case now.
Seems not to be an individual problem.

Re: red screen
After we apply the newer iLO Firmware, the Server is now dead.
All 3 LEDs (Green, Blue, and Red) are blinking, that's all, no more iLO connection is possible.
Reset NVRAM, Power removal did not help.

Re: red screen
Hello,
Please perform a minimum configuration to isolate if there is a faulty component causing this issue.
Ensure no PCI devices are connected.
If the issue persists, please capture the Active Health System logs and raise a case with us.
Thanks.

SolutionHello,
The issue is resolved by reseting the nvram (switch S6), removing the card controller, with ILO using remote controle, we install SPP (Mars 2023) old one ( chose interactive not automatique), after that installing the controller card.
