replace of disks in RAID5
On the DL380 G5 server the disk No. 8 in offline failed
The controler Smart Array P400, RAID5 from 8 disks, isn't present hot spare
I replaced a disk 8 on hot, I pulled out a disk and I inserted new without switching off the server
I passed rebuild the massif successfully
In Array Configuration Utility of mistakes any isn't present, the status at all OK
In diagnostics of HP System Management shows an error of reading/record on this disk
why? what I did wrong?
is possible to fix this error?

I made updating the firmware of the firmware
and no fix this error on the new disk ....
is possible to fix this error?

Please generate the Array Diagnostics Utility (ADU) report on the server and contact HP Support for hard drive replacement.
