SERVER PROLIANT DL360P GEN8

Goodmorning everyone
I have this server, but it does not start, when I connect the two power outlets the yellow steady light turns on and the green light on the fixed mains comes on and the fans do not start. what problem can there be? thank you

Hello, 

Can you tell us more detai;s? What server components do you using, have you change spec recently.

It can be 100 reasons so we need to know more details about your stuff.
