I made a bootable USB with an ISO Windows Server 2016. How do I get my new ProLiant ML10 Gen9 server to boot from it for an install? Of course I neede this installed days ago. Thanks!
Here's basically the screen I get:

SolutionThe key needs to be setup so it will boot UEFI and not MBR.
You might try using Rufus which is capable of creating a bootable USB which can be used with UEFI. I'd try partition scheme UEFI and choose File System as NTFS https://rufus.akeo.ie/
