SPP 2018-06 will not install on OES 2018

Can not get SPP 2018-06 to install on OES 2018, that is based on SLES 12 SP 2 with the GUI install.     The error I get is "cannot perform the operation now,  Reason: Failed to retrieve OS details for Remote Node:"

Hi,

I am not an expert on SLES or OES but here is my answer:
You need to look into the SPP Release Notes for supported OS and ProLiant Operating System Support Matrix.

The last SPP to support OES was 2017.04 which had Firmware-only Support: Novell Open Enterprise Server (Linux) (offline only)
