Re: Strange events from hpqilo2
I have the same strage issue on a BL480G1 with 1.14.0.0 ILO2 driver installed.
Has anyone a good solution for this problem yet?

Re: Strange events from hpqilo2
Regarding RHEL 5.s ASRs, to avoid getting ASRs out of the blue we are installing all PSP components but HP-IPMI. (bare in mind that by doing this we are loosing the value that ASR gives in the case the server hangs, but until we are sure HP has fixed this issue we don't have a choice)
Regarding Windows 2003, we have an open case. We got an instructions to downgrade the following components:
HP Insight Management Agents for Windows Server 2003/2008 - http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=3709945&prodSeriesId=1842750&prodNameId=3288156&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-27fa96e466cc46b1b6e3af1d5d&mode=3
HP System Management Homepage for Windows - http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=3709945&prodSeriesId=1842750&prodNameId=3288156&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-84b4161b7cd3455fb34ac57586&mode=3
HP ProLiant iLO 2 Management Controller Driver for Windows Server 2003 - http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=3709945&prodSeriesId=1842750&prodNameId=3288156&swEnvOID=1005&swLang=8&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-93850678b0aa4460a0527451a6&mode=3
As HP is scheduled to release PSP 8.25 in next few weeks I have asked to verify whether a solution will be included in this release. I'm waiting for a response, and as I much prefer to upgrade than to downgrade I didn't downgrade my servers yet.

Re: Strange events from hpqilo2
According with the GCC Engineering, it seems that he issue will be fixed in Proliant Support pack 8.30. Unfortunately we do not have an ETA for the newer release of PSP yet but since these are released every 2 ├В┬╜ - 3 months, so it seems that the expected release time for PSP 8.30 will be possibly in the last week of June.

Re: Strange events from hpqilo2
Yes, it seems that the whole directory ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib2/software1/sc-windows/p1495491778 is missing... Can we find the fixes anywhere else? I'm specially interested on w2008 versions, both x32 and x64.
