System health critical on ML350

Hi, I have an ML350 G3.
I had two system health critical last week (second main frontal led red).
In the system registry there is no information.
Someone can tell me some reason of that?

If you don't have the ProLiant Support Pack installed, the OS has no insight into the hardware. What is in the IML?

Re: System health critical on ML350

Hi,

Internal health is CPU or memory problem(can be sysboard). What you can do is open the server and see which component's LED on the system board is orange/red. If internal health is red, there must be a red/orange LED on the sysboard too. When/if you identify it, try crosschanging the component(if you have 2 CPU's) to see if the LED changes corresponding.

Regards,
Pac

Re: System health critical on ML350

IML is integrated management log, it give reports about the errors, cautions about the system

install the Proliant suppport pack
it comes with that software

Re: System health critical on ML350

I've installed the IML.
The problem is occured again, but the date recorded in the message log are not the same of the System health critical.
So I think is not related.
