system won't shut down properly

we have a new ProLiant ML350 Gen9 loaded with Win2008 r2 sp1 server . after finish test run the server ( which is OK) the system wont shut down properly .. if we force shutdown  the system  it will display error message " fatal error ". then display blue screen before totally  shutdown.

Generally when this happens in Windows there is a driver or application hung. You should be able to look in the OS logs to see what is causing the blue screen

this is a driver bug.
