The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk0\DR0.

Getting this error in the Event Viewer: The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk0\DR0.

Backups of volume C are failing but backups of volume D work fine.

This is a ML350G6 with a P410i controller.

I would appreciate some help. From what I can see the disks look fine. How can I confirm if there really is a problem with the controller or not and if there is how do I replace the controller?
