How to check if HP DL380G5 server type is one of the following?

•E5320 (1 CPU Socket a 1.86 GHz) CPU Quad Core.
•E5335 (1 CPU Socket a 2.0 GHz) CPU Quad Core.
•E5345 (2 CPU Socket a 2.33 GHz) CPU Quad Core.

First, there should be a 6digit by 3 digit number on the info tag on the box itself.

That number could lead you to knowing which model you have.

Second, if there is an operating system on the box... AND you know the hardware has never been upgraded... using the appropriate utility for the OS, check the processors. (Device manager for Windows or "cat /proc/cpuinfo" for linux)
