So I have already create raid on a server proprerly and when I reboot the server the dvd of installation start and when the wizard of installation reach the place to select local hard disk, I cannot see the local disk, It looks like a problem of driver, I upgraded firmware and drivers with HPE SPP but I'm still facing the same issue

According to the Minimum Operating System Requirements page, RHEL 6.5 requires an updated driver if you are using a Smart Array "P" or "H" series controller.

http://h17007.www1.hpe.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/supportmatrix/exceptions/rhel_exceptions.aspx

The updated driver is listed on the support site after searching on your server model and seleting the OS

For the "B" series controller this driver is required

Even though a driver is available for the "B" series controller,  best practices call for setting this controller to SATA mode and use the software RAID included with the OS
