Unavailable iLo on DL80 Gen9

Hi!

ProLiant DL80 Gen9 server.
The iLo interface is unavailable: it responds only to icmp requests, via 80, 443, 22 ports connection refuses.
The cooling system works with increased performance relative to normal (when the server is operating normally with a working iLo).

# hponcfg output looks like:

Cold boot (with disconnecting powercords and ethernet) didn't help.
The problem occurs a second time: two weeks ago i solved it by installing Service Pack for ProLiant. I had to launch launch_sum.sh two times, because iLo didn't flash after fist launch. After flashing, iLo worked normally for several days.

Maybe, someone can give me an advice, how to diagnose and solve this problem?

BR.

Hi

Looks like the ilo drivers are not installed.

Download the driver by selecting appropriate Operating system from the below link and check for the issue.

Re: Unavailable iLo on DL80 Gen9

Thanks  for your answer.

Unfortunately, i can't find the correct driver for Centos 7: there are no drivers for RHEL 7.

Any idea?

Hi

Please try HP SUM .HP SUM is available via a number of methods, including as a direct download, HP SUM RPMs on the SDR, the HP Service Pack for ProLiant, and the HP SUM ISO.
